We carefully pack every order from our studio in Christchurch, New Zealand, to ensure your crystals arrive safe and sound.

Processing Time: Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Pickup is available from our Christchurch location.

Shipping Method: We use tracked courier services nationwide for peace of mind.

Delivery Timeframes:

South Island: 1–3 working days after dispatch.

North Island: 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Rural Delivery: Please allow an extra 1–2 working days.

International Shipping: We ship to Australia.

Orders to Australia typically arrive within 3–10 business days.

Need it sooner? Express shipping (2–4 days) available on request.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Divine Crystals purchase.

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA), you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your item is:

Faulty or defective

Significantly different from the description or photos

Not fit for purpose

Change of Mind: We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully.

Return Process:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you believe your product has a fault covered under the CGA.

Items must be returned in their original condition, securely packaged, and with proof of purchase.

We will cover return shipping costs for faulty items; otherwise, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Order Issues & Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

First, check your tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If tracking shows no updates or the parcel is missing, contact us so we can lodge an inquiry with the courier.

Please note, courier investigations can take up to 10 working days.

Summary of Your Rights Under the Consumer Guarantees Act

The CGA guarantees that goods must be of acceptable quality, match the description, and be fit for purpose. If your purchase doesn’t meet these standards, you have the right to request a remedy. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
